Today I went back to the gym to work on being explosive during my lifts. At one of the competitions I competed in, the judge spoke to me afterwards and told me I should be more explosive because it would help me lift more than I previously did. I did 120kg for 5 reps on my last set and I gave it my all. I haven’t felt that alive in forever. I really missed training towards a goal and this whole challenge has given me something to do. In about 2 weeks I will be having a test day again and checking my 1 rep max!
