You enter into the airlock and the door closes behind you. You put on your helm and secure it triggering the oxygen tank to turn on. You wait a couple of moments for the room to depressurize before the second door opens allowing you into the part of that station that was closed off.
The lighting in here no longer worked but thankfully your wristwatch light had already turned on. It seems to be almost guiding you in a way to follow a certain path in the room itself.
It looked like the wide open space you were in was some kind of office space. There are lots of rows of cubicles. You did not have the oxygen to waste to want to explore all of them. Besides it looked like anything that might have been on top of the desks got sucked out of the station when it took damage in this part.
There were also chairs scattered and debris everywhere you looked. You scanned through the room as you quickly walked up and down the rows of cubicles. You even opened a few drawers that were not already ripped out of their desks. They all appeared to be empty.
It was almost like this place had already been searched. With the time counting down on your oxygen levels, you pressed forward to the other side of the office room to a set of doors. There was another airlock that had cut this side off from the part of the station that had a working life support system.
You walked up to the door and it opened. You walked in and the airlock door behind you closed. After a few minutes, the space you were standing in had become pressurized and you removed your helm.
This seemed to be quite the shortcut to the other side of the hallway. On your left was a room that you decided to check out. Nothing seeing any other room down this hallway you decided to check out the room.
