The room in the middle ended up being a single office space. Perhaps the boss or some other important employee had this room as their office. There is yet again not a single piece of computer equipment to be found. Just a lot more pieces of electronic paper.

Unlike the other offices, this one was decorated in warm wood tones. The desk itself looks like it could have been made from a tree in the very forest this office space was built. It also has the only window that has a view of the outside. As the rest of the windows appeared to be fake.

You stare out into the backyard of the building for a short while. There are a couple of large benches out there and some lights. You don’t see any way to even get back there. That area is quite walled off by thick trees around it and there is no clear door to access it either.

You start to go through the draws on the desk itself. The first two smaller top drawers on the left-hand side were empty. The one on the right side that was the same size had some further paper in it. You then got to the bottom drawer on the left-hand side of the desk. It as well as empty.

You went to open the bottom drawer on the right-hand side and it was not budging. You decided to give it a big oh pull and it ripped out of the desk like something popping out of a socket. There seemed to be nothing in this drawer either.

You drop the drawer on the floor and were about to leave. You then notice as the drawer landed upside down that there was something attached to the bottom of it. It appears to be quite small the size you would expect to be a keycard.

While you don’t know what the keycard you found in the office is used for. You put it away in your backpack. Made a mental note it was a dark blue ID card.

Not feeling like you would find anything else useful in this office was time to make a spot to sleep for the evening. As it was getting quite late and you were not going to get through the forest at this hour. That also just seemed unwise to even attempt.

You decided this office space would be a great spot to set up. There happened to be a wooden bench with a cushion on it. Making it almost soft enough to fall asleep on without trying.

Before you do however go to sleep for the night. You could decide to search any other areas you have yet to do so: left door, or right door, or the main office space. However, remember you have to return to the middle office to sleep and start the next day.
