This is the first time I saw such a scam ico. This scam ico named BUDBO. They were selling their coins from 20 cents at presala for almost 2 months. And in their main sale Tier 1, they sold the tokens at 25 cents. Now the ico is at Tier 2 and the price of tokens are normally 28 cents. But what I see today is that they made a discount and trying to sell their tokens at 15 cents! It is like a joke, right?:))
