INTRODUCTION
Who remembers this saying? All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy, well I do remember this vividly and I am a staunch believer in it, As a Cryptocurrency trader and an avid reader, Trading is my work and reading is my hobby(play), Recently I was just surfing through Medium platform as I normally do when I am not working and need to catch up on the latest news and events happening all around the world and especially in the cryptocurrency sphere.
During the course of my surfing, I stumbled upon an article that that brightened the rest of my day because the article was about a platform with so many unique and wonderful features, As a Cryptocurrency trader and investor, I am always on the look out for a better trading platform and a good investment opportunity, but this platform blew my mind because it features both interests in just one package or should I say, in just one Exchange. The name of this Cryptocurrency Exchange is HiBTC.
Let's take a closer look into it and see the reasons why I said it's awesome.
There are Three criteria I use to rate my ideal cryptocurrency exchange and they are:
• Secure
• Fast
• Transparent.
After reading the article about HiBTC, I decided I couldn't just ignore it so I decided to carry out a little research of my own and what I discovered left me speechless, the more I learnt about HiBTC, the more enthralled I became because not only did HiBTC meet my three criteria for a good exchange, it also has additional features that would likely be the best news you have seen all year, when i explain how it works and all of it's features, you would also fall in love with HiBTC the way I did, it is not all a bed of roses, there is also one small problem I discovered as well and in this article, in the best interest of full disclosure, I would be telling you all of them the way I see it.
MY CRITERIA AND HiBTC SOLUTION
¶ SECURITY: If you take the time to study the history of Cryptocurrency exchanges and you would discover why security of users assets is my first criteria and the first thing I research upon when I discovered a new exchange, the history of Cryptocurrency exchanges is not pretty at all and it features tales of billions of dollars worth of Cryptocurrencies being hacked and looted away from several cryptocurrency exchange platforms starting for well big hacks like the Mt Gox Hack in which 750,000 BTC were carted away to the lesser known hacks like the BitStamp hack in which hackers made away with 19,000 BTC. So in the course of my research to discover the level of security used by the HiBTC Exchange Platform, I discovered the following...
Security is a top priority of the HiBTC Team, they have studied the rise and fall of other platforms and decided to create a platform where users can have piece of mind with their funds in the platform, they obtained the services of top security companies and to make this a reality, the HiBTC Exchange is highly secure.
¶ FAST: This is my second criteria in any cryptocurrency exchange and I have seen the bad exchanges that has very sluggish transaction frameworks, HiBTC features a renowned financial transaction framework that is able to easily handle Two Million TPS (Transactions Per Second) and so it goes without saying that the HiBTC platform is very fast, I have tested this myself and confirmed it, transactions are executed faster than you can say "Cheese".
¶ TRANSPARENT: This is one feature that is hard to get in a Cryptocurrency exchange but HiBTC is an exception, in the HiBTC Ecosystem this is a very important feature because the exchange was built on the fundamentals of Blockchain technology and we all know Blockchain was created to promote Decentralisation and and Fairness and this is why HiBTC would publish all necessary data and make them accessible to users.
We have taken a look at my top three criteria for a wonderful cryptocurrency exchange and how HiBTC meets all requirements, now let's take a look at additional features of HiBTC that made it an instant hit for me.
∆ FomoHIBT: I have just one word for this Feature... AMAZING!. This feature is the answer to every prayer of traders worldwide, The FomoHIBT is a bonus pool dedicated to the trading of the HiBTC Token (HIBT), Which is the exchange token of the HiBTC platform, this token has so many uses in the platform and I would explain them later.
HiBTC will set up a bonus pool growing in size along with the exchanges growing incomes. HiBTC shall put every of the daily dividend of the Holder Shared Fund Account into the FomoHIBT Pool and once a preset amount is of the HIBT token is reached, the pool would be triggered and distributed to every HIBT Trader who qualified for the bonus. For example, if today's trigger is $0.10 and the token was trading at $0.07, once the token price hits $0.10, the pool would be triggered and the entire pool distributed to qualified users who appear in the leaderboard. The trigger price for the current pool is $0.25.
∆ REVENUE & RIGHTS SHARING: The rights and Revenue Sharing is yet another innovative idea by HiBTC, it is aimed at rewarding users for holding the HIBT token, every user who holds the token would be rewarded with dividends from the revenue generated in the platform but it does not just end there, they would also be granted rights like voting and some decision making in the platform, for example, if a group owns 5percent or more of the circulating supply, they can recommend tokens that would be listed in the platform.
