Cuz... An ICO has no home office, no CEO, no 1-800 number.

If it's truly decentralized, then there won't be anyone for the SEC to subpoena, indict, or charge. Kind of idiotic if you really think about it.

Somebody is out of their league.

I think the ant hill will have its way first.
