SPRINGROLE; REVOLUTIONIZING THE RECRUITMENT INDUSTRY
Getting a good job has always been every student’s dream. Such jobs can be in a school, company, government MDA’s etc. The HR department or a recruitment agency is normally put in charge of such recruitment exercise.
An interview
Whosoever is carrying out such task may be observing the below stated recruitment routines;
• Resume submission; aimed at scrutinizing the right candidates to invite through their contacts
• Test invite: To check if a graduate actually possess the basic knowledge needed for a job
• Oral interviews: Normally used to validate a candidates work experience or a newbie’s intelligence and articulate
prowess.
• Reference checks: The processes whereby a candidate’s resume details will be subjected to series of verifications
from the institution of the credential domiciliation or the institution certified to award such credential. Examples
includes, Universities verifying academic related credentials; companies verifying work experiences while a skillset
cloud of professionals endorses a candidate’s credentials in a particular skill, etc.
• Medicals: This is aimed at checking how fit a candidate is for an advertised position.
• Documentations and Job offer: Aimed at getting the successful candidates to fill out requisite forms for pension,
taxation, insurance, etc. before been handed the employment letter to sign. Once signed; both parties contractually
becomes employers and employees respectively.

• The HR can simply filter out the qualifications they need and click a button to dispatch bulk SMS for test/oral interview invites. This saves costs and the huge time gap spent in accumulating CV’s
• Reference checks will be waved because every Resume upload on the platform is a testament of trust hence saving cost and time in a process that may end up being fraudulent
