Well this can't be good. A $36 million spending plan. Governor Rauner vetoes it because the state is already broke. Haven't had a budget in 3 years.

The governor was overridden by a Senate vote of 36-18.
What does this mean for the state of Illinois and freedom? Well, it means that people will likely move out of the state in even bigger droves than they already are! The state was days away from it's bond market being downgraded to "junk" status, but how does taking on more debt help the bond market?
