It's out there and here in Tampa I've seen it happen. Twice, one was a man running down dale mabry, naked banging on cars and another was a guy standing out in the street screaming to the sun god and spitting at everyone till the cops came and took him down, took two of the and a third to hold him.
It's crazy stuff for sure.
