It was rainy day yesterday in Zagreb. My family and I practice going on weekends out of town to nature and small excursions. Because of bad weather we were doomed to do something indoors.
My twin daughters are nine years old and they heard that kids from their class visited the museum of illusions and it seems to us as a good idea, so we went to blow our mind ;).
Keep in mind that whatever you see is not what it appears to be
It was an intriguing, visual, sensual and educational experience. I recommend to everyone it is a fun adventure for all generations.
Attractive and entertaining illusions teach us about vision, perception, the human brain, and science so we understand now better why our eyes see things that the brain does not understand.
The Museum encourages visitors to interact with the displays as they become the exhibits themselves.
Gravity room
Defy gravity in the anti-gravity room - Where floor goes uphill and you fell odd:)
Infinity room :)
Lose yourself in a maze of mirrors
We experienced a little bit of Harry Potter moment with the 3d paintings :)
And many more brain games:)
MINI me situations :)
See your family member grow or shrink before your eyes :)
and serve somebody`s head on a tray.
This small museum offers over 70 exhibits which will make you question yourself. See things which your brain cannot understand.
At the same time, they want to educate you about vision, perception and the human brain with these awesome tricks.
If you ever have the chance to take your kids or to visit the similar museum be sure your camera is fully charged with memory space before you visit. By all means, take your camera with you ;), ” is the clear message.
