It's been a couple of busy days around here, I just got back to work last week and at the moment I'm working on a few branding projects, which is very exciting considering the year is just beginning...
So while I was exploring my archives I found some graphics from a couple of months ago and thought it might be interesting to share some of them...
This one is a sort of static-dynamic composition, a freestyle illustration, with no particular intricate concept in mind and just for fun... but I liked the final result.
I believe that these 'automatic' exercises, where one just let go with the flow is a good chance to let the mind (or maybe the subconscious mind) take control of the process, then one can see what has been done and be surprised by the results.
Quite entertaining and liberating, a form of art perhaps...
This is the 'wireframe' view of the composition above, the 3D possibilities on Adobe Illustrator are a bit limited but one can do a lot with what's available.
I'm still learning how to properly use a 3D modeling software, been reading and practicing a bit during my free time, so maybe in the near future I'll be able to share some of it.
