Hello friends,
India's national day, South Korea, Congo and Bahrain are similar to Independence Day celebrations, but there are some unique situations. India's National Day is a holiday celebrating patriotic and cultural values. Every year on the 15th of August, the independence day is celebrated.
From as early as the 16th century, the economic success of nations around the world depended heavily on the colonies. As a result, countries like Portugal and the Netherlands sought to extend their power to Southeast Asia.
After the conquest of India by Portugal and the Netherlands, Great Britain began to spread its power into Southeast Asia. In 1796 a British company established a colony in India.
During British rule, India's land, people and land were used to increase the production capacity of British companies.
The Indian middle class had been engaged in a peaceful struggle for nearly 50 years to win the sovereignty of India. During the India Freedom Movement, government officials petitioned and a strike was launched by learned people.
The support for the India independence struggle was growing. In 1947, India became a non-British independent state.
Thanks for being here and have a great day !
