It was my first visit to Red Ford (LAL Qila). I felt amazing to be there and took hand experience of what we had learn and studied on school life.
It take approximately take full day to visit to it completely.
It was awesome.
Any one who is going to visit Delhi, it is advice to have buffer time as you will not get the idea where time has gone as it was huge and have lots of things to visit and to learn.
Live experience is so much knowledgeable and exciting to know about past and Mughal empire.
I want to list down some facts about it:
1.It was constructed by the Mughal emperor, Shah Jahan. The Red Fort is a great historical monument in the India. It is located in the center of Delhi.
2.The wall of the Red Fort is constructed using 30 meters high stones.
It took around nine years to be completed.
3.There was one tunnel to connect Red Ford (LAL Qila) of Delhi to the Red Ford of Agra.
Akbar used that tunnel to commute in wars.
4.It has been selected as one of world heritage Sites in 2007 by the UNESCO.
