Presiden Republik Indonesia menyadari bahwa perkembangan teknologi sangat mempengaruhi ekonomi, sosial budaya, politik, nasional dan bahkan internasional.

Previously, Bank Indonesia's attack on cryptocurrency provoked a reaction from 3 thousand members of the virtual money community in Indonesia. They encourage the Government of Indonesia to regulate and legalize cryptocurrency and agree that the financial industry and digital currency, that are free from criminal acts and money laundering.

Presiden RI itu memang tidak menyebut menerima dan mendukung cryptocurrency, tapi kesadarannya pada perkembangan teknologi kita harapkan diadopsi untuk memajukan ekonomi Indonesia.
Sebelumnya, serangan Bank Indonesia terhadap cryptocurrency menimbulkan reaksi dari 3 ribu anggota komunitas uang virtual di Indonesia. Mereka mendorong agar Pemerintah Indonesia mengatur dan melegalkan cryptocurrency dan setuju agar industri keuangan dan mata uang digital bebas dari tindakan kriminal dan pencucian uang.
