When someone is in trouble, not everyone is able to control themselves calmly. many of them do the fatal thing when they get frustrated.
such as suicide, self-torture, seeking self-destructive calm.
but they do not realize that God is testing them, and God is with them. if we believe that God is always with us, then every problem that befall us, we will feel strong and able to melepasam themselves from the problem.
