nothing makes sense anymore (re laws) but the guy destroying his own gun because one just like it was used to kill people is moronic. did he cut up any knives, scrap his car, cut of his fist? ..because each one of those was used to kill people and if he didn't then in addition to being an idiot he's also a hypocrite!
