New arrests
The new investigations in relation to the assassination in degree of frustration, have resulted in the figure of 34 people involved in the terrorist attack against President Maduro.

Among these new arrests is the arrest of Brigadier General Héctor Armando Hernández, causing great impact among the members of the Bolivarian National Guard (GNB). Hernandez was the first of his promotion before his promotion and he later served as Chief of Staff. Héctor Armando Hernández was arrested by the General Directorate of Military Counterintelligence (Dgcim) in a violent manner on the night of August 13. Dgcim officials arbitrarily entered his home and took him away without filing a search or seizure order.
Personal opinion
These arrests are very strange among them who have no experience of any kind in the areas of explosives, let alone judicial records and that this General performs such act being a person with the rank of General of the Venezuelan National Guard, with experience in Defense area and military attack Doing an act of these knowing the presidential protection is something that sounds ridiculous.

C-4 is composed of explosive, plastic binder, plasticizer and, generally, marker or chemical adjuncts such as 2,3-dimethyl-2,3-dinitrobutane (DMDNB) to help detect the explosive and identify its source. As with many plastic explosives, the explosive material in C-4 is RDX (also known as cyclonite or trinitaminaciclotrimethylene), which forms about 91% of the weight of C-4. The plasticizer is di (2-ethylhexyl) or the dioctyl sebacate (5.3%), and the binder is polyisobutylene (2.1%). Another plasticizer used is dioctyl adipate (DOA). A small amount of SAE 10 engine oil (1.6%) is also added. C-4 detonates at about 8,050 m/s.
An important advantage of the C-4 is that it can be easily molded into any desired shape. The C-4 can be inserted into slits, holes in buildings, bridges, equipment or machinery. It can also be easily inserted into hollow charge cartridges of the type used by special forces. The C-4 is characterized by its duration, confidence and security. It does not explode even if it is hit by a bullet, pierced, cut or thrown into the fire. The only reliable method for detonation is by means of a detonator or a propeller bushing. However, the application of pressure along with heat can often cause detonation.

What makes me and many Venezuelans think that all this attack was really a montage, a theater where apparently according to their versions "snipers shoot the drone loaded with c4" which is false because this would not cause the explosion.
