Music is the emotion that cries out from the heart.
A perfect expression of a message penned by the late George Harrison, I offer to you this evening. Recorded from the Concert for George, we hear Eric Clapton, Danny Harrison, Ringo Starr, Jeff Lynne and the gang playing 'While My Guitar Gently Weeps.' I never grow tired of this song.
There is a music metaphor that begs the question. The guitar is the heart that weeps for the world. Is your love sleeping in apathy or are you awake to perils that surround us?
I don't know why someone controlled you. They bought and sold you.
Are we learning mistakes or are we learning from our mistakes? Yes, even George knew back in 1968 (from the White Album) that we were bought, sold, controlled and enslaved to some entity. But let me ask you the metaphoric question...
What does your heart... your guitar gently weep for?
Perhaps it is the freedoms that have been taken from this world.
Or the selfish soul that that has turn their emotions off.
It may be for those in financial ruin from the central banking system
Or the sin that engulfs the landscape
It may be the children who are aborted or left to die
Or the old lady who can't afford her medication.
Or perhaps it is the children who are stolen then sold and trafficked for sex and profit by the CPS and our government.
Whatever it is, if your emotions are awake, you can hear the cry of the music metaphor that is so relevant today. I hope you enjoy the 6 minute video, but consider how you can turn that cry into action and help someone in your world. These musicians found a way. Why be controlled by apathy? Will you unfold your love?
Seeing the world is one thing... doing something about it is love in action.
