Then Nunes discussed how they had to take Fusion GPS to court to learn that the Dirty Dossier was funded by Democrats. Then he discusses how they may be accused of undermining the government's ability to keep things secure by living in a lawless authoritarian society.

Nunes asserts the General Counsel may be recommending seeking a court order to get pertinent documents given to congress. When there are secret laws and secret courts, not having the legislature even have access to all the secrecy really undermines the ruler's claims of basic separation of powers.
