Can someone explain to me what makes millennial and Gen-Xers desire to have these permanent snooping devices in their homes, that THEY EVEN have to pay for?? I just don't get it. If you paid ME ...say $5000 a month...I might agree to have one in my home...down in the basement where we never go, right next to the water pump and the oil burner that both make lots of loud noises. Otherwise, PLEASE!...what other possible need can there be for young people to willingly invite the CIA into the homes?
Does someone have a psychological profile that would explain the need to be snooped on at your own expense?

This is beyond Orwell's "1984." At least in that dystopian future, the vast majority of people were NOT begging "Big Brother" to spy on them.
