Covertly collected DNA data? Now that souds insidious straight away.
The link above didn't work, but i found another.... that said the Police Force Investigators "later sought the services of a company that specializes in DNA phenotyping". So in other words, it was outsourced to a third party.
I think quite a few people are awake to this DNA thing, but the majority are probably NOT...
