In the wake of people whos grandparents fled from russia as well as people who acknoledge there being reasons for the conflict other than "putin is just insane" allready being targeted - AS ARE BUSINESSES THAT EMPLOY THEM - facebook now allows for calls to violence against them.
This i would say marks quite clearly the transition from the climate of the 1930s to the climate of the early 1940s.
