You can not jail someone, simply because you do not agree with their policies; or Obama would have been jailed years ago. Sorry, no crime there.

If it were not for our Constitution, we would live in a Police state right now. We must return to the Rule of Law, and force healthy limits on our government, or accept our place as it's servant!
