After mostly cloud for the past few weeks, gaps of blue appeared this morning. Something told me they wouldn't last long and sure enough, within hours, the sky was criss crossed with more plane trails which would of course erase the blue, leaving the familiar silver film that most of us have become accustomed to.
I took a few snaps and once again managed to grab a few flight details to put on record.

No radar data was available for this plane. Picture taken about an hour after the previous two. Notice the difference in the colour of the sky.
It's hard for me to estimate how often this is happening here over NW England because the sky is clouded over most days. One thing I do know is that blue skies are very few and far between these days.
Whatever they're doing, it may be a good idea to get details of these activities on the blockchain. I feel this kind of data may prove useful in the future.
Best wishes
