I found this Wolf - Spider on the lawn. It was looking for its prey. They were call wolves as they hunt their prey like wolves, very fast moving ground hunters.

Wolf - Spider are members of the order Lycosidae
Appearance
- Their size range 1/4 to 2 inches long
- Have a distinct Union Jack on its back
- Grayish- brown lighter stripes
- also have Horizontal Fangs
- They do not spin Webs
Wolf - Spiders can be found virtually anywhere. Known as nocturnal ground hunters as they do not spin webs to catch their prey, can also be found in open grassland and fields. Sometimes, they will burrow in the ground.
