When it comes to failure which leads to success through obsession this man is my role model. Jack Ma has failed at many things but now he is leading China's e-commerce and competing with Amazon.
In 1999 Jack Ma was an ordinary man with only one difference from ordinary person, the great mind that is full of ideas, that never accept defeat. Most of you know Alibaba and you know how it has made e-commerce so easy around the globe.
This makes me to trust most of the things this billionaire tells me. One of his secrets to succeed is "knowing how to work with people.
To deal with people is to just deal with their minds, learn how and when to act. Learn how and what to do when you acted wrong. Keep this within yourself "there a lot of things to do to work with people but the most important to know is that every person is craving to be important".
People in your business are your co-founders, co-workers, employees, clients, competitors, criticizers, consumers, fans, and so on; are you not going to learn to deal with all of those people? I guess so.
There are what they call 21st century skills and they are all about dealing with people. Give people what they need most (being important), never give them any reason to guess that you're tricking them then you will get milk out of a cow (milking).
Ask yourself these 2 questions:
- Are you treating people the way you wish to be treated?
- What does success mean to you? In which way you think you're going to achieve it? What is the real path?
