How do you present your ideas to others? Do you present them as Bullets or as Seeds? Every human has the ability to choose which one to adopt. Your ideas could be shot, or you could sow them. You could hit people in the head with them, or plant them in their hearts.
The ideas that are used as bullets will always kill inspiration and neutralize motivation, whereas the ideas used as seeds will take root, grow and eventually become reality in the lives in which they have been planted.
The ideas planted as a seed grows and become totally part of those in whose mind they were planted. Often times, yes you don’t get credit for originating the idea (I mean the ideas sown as seeds), but look at the bigger picture of reaping rich and great harvest in the end.
