When a project isn't completed, it's as good as not done. People would never see the completed product and it can be very unfulfilling. When it is completed, done and dusted, everyone can see it, examine it, admire it and assess it. Then we can move on to the next project for processing and finishing.
People only ascribe finished projects to your name. If you have done lots of stuff and haven't completely finished any, you're just like someone who has never done it. No matter how potentially beautiful a house is, when not completed it's a problem. A fully funished bungalow is better than an abandoned and uncompleted skyscraper.
Take for example this write-up, if I don't complete it for some reason and I can't post it, steemians and others will never see or read it content. So as far as they are concerned it doesn't exist and for me, because it's unfinished probably because I need more creativity, it remains a heavy burden in my mind.
How can we move forward when we have so many uncompleted projects? Simple, let's begin to try to finish them, perfect or not perfect, ldeal or not ideal. It's what is finished that counts. Put in the required effort to finish and not just do itwill the sake of doing.
We can complete every project, past, present and future if we make up our minds to do so. If it's something that will make a difference, even if it was long ago, it's time to finish it. Let's encourage ourselves to do the right things and we would be glad we did. It may not be easy, but it's absolutely possible. We can take that chance, let's do it!
