Summer programme of Faith Awareness visits, meeting different communities in Leicester. This evening’s session (number 3 of 5) hosted by Filipino Christian community at St Andrews Church Hall, Gateway Street. I knew very little of this community, its culture, history, beliefs and practices. We were presented with a basic introduction to these - and more - as well as a generous offering of refreshments.
