The level of self interest I see in many is magnified by the amount of ignorance and apathy towards what is going on around them. People are so focused on either toiling away to get by to rushing for their immediate rewards they simply have no desire to look around them.

As big as some seem to be on vaccinations, I wish there was one that would cure the narcissism and apathy. They are allowing the powers that be shrink the corner they push us into. I have to hand it to the farmers of people. They have studied us as a herd and seem to understand exactly how to direct the masses while waiting to extract the stragglers (critical thinkers) who don't wish to walk with the herd.
