I like the idea but lottery chance I would set to 5%.

Events:
Nr 1 - Ok
Nr 2 - Ok but I would rather reduce steal rate to 20% or even 10% of resources.
Nr 3 - It should works only for defense with 30% destroying rate.
Nr 4 & 5 - I dont like it
Nr 6 - Ok

And finaly: be sure that all major bugs are fixed before start new universe.
