Hello HIVE! I am purplekamote. If it is ok I will not be revealing my real identity and will remain anonymous for the sake of the security of the confessions that I will share. I want to represent frank and honest takes on issues about life, applying stoicism and a bit of Filipino humor.

I already knew Hive for some time watching my son talking about it, but I didn't really know what it was, at first I thought it was a game or something.

During the promotion of the cultural meeting that took place at the Escola Caxiense de Danças, I understood that Hive was a new social network and I was interested in understanding more of this new world for me.

What attracted me most was the fact that I like to learn new things and enter a world that I believe is the future.

I intend to be part of dance and arts communities, disseminating my content and showing my work and telling stories of my life.

During the meeting I heard a lot of terms that I didn't know and I had a hard time knowing what they were and I started to learn in the meeting and that caught my attention so that I wanted to learn even more the words used as some that I didn't have the slightest idea of what they were and I learned at the meeting, such as Hive, Hive power, HBD and so on.

I am Sampson Darlington, a level one soccer coach, a data and soccer analyst, holding a BS.c in Economics. I am so passionate about the development of young soccer athletes into top professional football players at top level and building the best attitude and mentality from my players. I love making friends, meeting and interacting with people as I consider that a huge indispensable part of learning 🤗

HAPPY – is a word that’s too common but not too common for a name. Sometimes I wonder why I was born to be named Happy but as I grew older and became wiser, I finally get to unfold the very little reasons why I am christened with such a name – a name that simply means fortunate, contented, untroubled, blithesome, euphoric. Although, for some, it is petty to believing in luck with bearing the distinction of names, I personally believe that names have a great impact in our past, present and future.

Hey guys! My name is Daniel(but you can call me Dany) I am proud to be Cuban, from Havana. I had a long-standing task: to start on Hive. I have known about Hive for a while, even before HiveCuba was created. I remember how Manu wrote about this opportunity for the forgotten people of the internet. Like, imagine creating dope content and not being able to make a dime off of it. It´s crazy, right? During this time, I have been checking out some of the best creators on Hive. I was not sure if I was ready to take the plunge, though, mostly because my life was chaotic. But I have been keeping up with the HiveCuba community and it is amazing to see how much it is grown in such a short period f time. It is already a reference in the blockchain. Lately, I have been reading the summaries of Jorge´s classes, and it is been a game-changer for me. It is what inspired me to start writing today, I´m so glad I did!
