I've been blogging about my adventures trying to find the best countries to retire cheap, and came upon this site from a friend of mine. My goal is to find a country where I can retire/be a bum/play games/work a little if I want to for under $1000 a month.
So far, I've gone to, Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam, Malaysia, Ecuador and a whole bunch more. This was of course pre-covid.
Now I'm finding myself living most of my life, online.
How am I making the bucks when I'm online?

Earth 2 started last year, and exploded. I dropped in about $1200, have withdrawn over $5000 in USD, and still have 55k in virtual properties.
It's a virtual Earth project. The eventual goal far far far in the future is trying to be like Ready Player 1.
For now, it's a tile trading game, which you will eventually be able to play sim city in, or have PVP or PvE fights.

Veve is all about LICENSED NFTs
So if you're looking to buy a picture of a cat's butthole drawn by some guy. This is not the project for that (go to opensea). Veve has the licenses for everything from Marvel (they just released world's first Marvel NFT ....Spiderman) to DC to Ghostbusters.
Why I love love love this project? Licenses. NFTs are all about ownership. So, yes I want to own something that will hold it's valuable. The first appearance of Batman, was $80 when it was first released. It is now selling on secondary market for $500. And that has been under a year.

I've been looking for a Play to Earn game for a while.
But the biggest problem with them all? You have to KNOW crypto to get into them
My friend Ron, was telling me about the dough he was making from Axie. I was like! Cool! Let's do it.
All I have to do is....
download axie, download metamask, download ronin, change fiat into eth from binance, move the eth into the metamask....etc etc etc.....
KILL ME NOW. I tried. I really did. And the worst part? Not available for IOS. Haaahahaahhah ok I give up.
That's when I found about Splinterland.
It's not NEW (been around for about 3 years) but it has explodeed recently in the last month. Just super exploded. Cards that were worth 5 cents, jumped to $100!
It's CCG where you play games and earn loot/crypto. Everyday you can play and make a couple bucks. I'm at roughly $60 a week right now.( I started 2 weeks ago.)
So totally loving it. It cost's $10 to get into this game. And there is an app right on the Apple/Google store.
So, when I'm drinking beer by the pool, my ipad and I are making money! I do miss travelling though. Sad face.
