Recently, the unthinkable happened. After a mysterious itch plagued my 4th pregnancy, I noticed my lymph nodes in my neck were swollen about 3 weeks after having my healthy baby boy. After a few weeks, I finally visited my regular Dr. After the longest 2 weeks of my life, on May 11th, I was officially diagnosed with Classic Hodgkin’s Lymphoma Stage 3B. Does anyone ever expect such a thing to happen to them? I happen to be 1 in 8,000 or so facing this battle. I hope to use this blog to document my journey. I invite you to share in the good days, the bad days, the blah days. Jesus Christ has already made me victorious and I know I can make it through this fight with him going before me and being with me through every moment. I am a 28 year old dreamer. I will be celebrating 9 years married to the love of my life in December and we have three beautiful girls: Sadie (5), Lily (3), and Ellie (1) and a precious baby boy Wes.
