Hey, guys! Hope you are doing great, is my first Steemit story and first of all, I want to introduce myself:
My name is Kevin Carolina Páez. Yes, Kevin and yes I'm a girl. My mom didn't have a lot of imagination and my dad wasn't really interested in choosing my name, anyway, and he just followed her. So, I have a boy's name, and its ok, 'cause nobody really knows me by that name, but for my second name.
It's funny when I tell the story, because when I first asked my mom why did they named me like that, she said it was her idea. They were pretty addicted to movies and she liked specially one of Kevin Costner which was "The Intouchables", and there he was named Elliot Ness, so she did the reaserch and figured out his real name was Kevin. She was 4 months pregnant on that day, so she told my dad that when the baby is born had to be named Kevin.
-Kevin, huh? Why Kevin?
-Well, I don't know I just love that name.
-Ok, then Kevin. But, what if it comes to be a girl?
-It doesn't matter, if its a girl she will be Kevin as well.
-You got it.
And that's how Kevin was born.
Now that I told you about my name, need to tell you I'm 28 years old now, boarding the 30's (and scared about it LOL).
BTW I'm venezuelan, and yeah, I know probably you've heard my country is broked up, but I still believe is the best country in the world, regardless of its people and its governors. And I will briefly tell you why:
Our landscapes: You see Mount Roraima in this picture, also named: Macizo Guayanes, the Guayanes Massif.
Beaches: You see Cata's bay at Aragua State:
Savannas: A panoramic picture of The Great Savannah
The great venezuelan plain:
The smallest desert in the world: "Los Médanos de Coro"
In addition, one of the greatest miracles in the world: snow in a tropical country, specifficaly in the city of Mérida:
The Orinoco river and its Delta
Los Roques' archipelago
Our tipical food (yes we have tipical food, though more than the 30% of the population can't even afford it)
And so on. Then I live in a precious country, with the tastier food in the world.
I am also married since 6 years ago and have a little child of 5. We are a blessed christian family and we love to argue about politics, economics, and theology, as well as meditations from the bible and personal experiences.
So, I hope you will love my writings about this topics.
