Morning everyone, this is my introduction post as I have a wife and children who have been nagging me to join.
I was a headmaster of a school for many years. I hope to tell you many stories from my life. Some are really sad but most of them are funny and often educational.
Working with children has always been my dream and I have lived that dream for a very long time. I am now a pensioner and stay in a town called Port Edward at the coast, which was my other dream.
I now have a lovely sea view and that is all I wanted. I have been married to my wife for 47 wonderful years. We have two children. They are wonderful children and very good people.
Both of them have two children each. My daughter has two boys and one is now in his first year of university doing a teachers degree. The other son is now doing his G.E.D. and being home-schooled.
My daughter is also a teacher so I am happy to say that both my daughter and my grandson followed in my footsteps. My daughter has a husband who really cares for us and they are all living in Port Edward, which helps a lot as unfortunately we are getting older and need some help now and again. But they are all good kids and I can only say thank you to all of them.
My son is an I.T. specialist and has dreams that are more than I can explain, as I am not familiar with the terms that he uses. He has two daughters and they are very beautiful children. He has a wonderful wife and she is a extremely good mother as well.
This is the view I wake up to every morning and it is awesome!
A few years ago I was at my 50th reunion of my last year at school. When we stopped I said to my wife look at all these old people. She just laughed and said we look just like them. To me, age is in the mind and I never realised that we are so old, because it does not feel like it. Here is a photo of the group of living people at the reunion.
This is where I live and the view of our house.

This is just is a little background on my life. One thing I learned through the years is that respect is earned from children and staffmembers. So it is important to always listen to everyone side of the problem and then you can find a way to solve the problem.
Another concept of mine was that my door was always open to parent, children and teachers. To me it did not matter who the parent was, you never judge a child by his or her parents.
Every child has the ability to be at the top of his or her class no matter where they come from or who their parents are.
Thank you for reading.
