It's amazing how the Steemjet community has grown from a small village in the King's landing to a giant community powered by ideas, innovations, talents and projects all tailored towards the global adoption of steem by all Universal standards.
Steemjet is undeniably, one of the fastest growing communities on the steem blockchain.
I've been away for a long while schooling, and a whole lot has been happening including the successful launching of HF 20, but I guess it's time to combine both schooling and partying.

I created the Steemjet database with the help of my fellow team members to help manage the data of all these amazing people and talents.
Part of what we're doing is linking people, strategy and performance within Steemjet community.
Steemjet is the only community on the steem blockchain that has a database of all her members.
It is imperative to know the population size of a particular community and in our subsequent publications, we'll be giving updating and giving everyone access to these information.

The vision of Steemjet is global steem adoption, but because we're a dynamic community, we've moved from global steem adoption to music, dance and talent promotion.
As such it is imperative to have a functional unit that will oversee the needs and welfare of our members who are working tirelessly to take steem and other cryptos to the ends of the earth. The department is saddled with these responsibilities and more.
We have the product, the product knowledge and customer service to give, our members are our customers, and we are their business partners. We're ready to make your dreams come true, because we believe in you and we believe in the Steemjet vision.

To create a friendly working environment to all Steemjet members and delegates, so as to give all the opportunity to explore their talents and potentials without feeling oppressed or intimidated, and create a sense of value for everyone to enable them work effectively towards the realization of the ultimate goal of global steem adoption and dimensional marketing.

Our Mission
We will promote and teach steem and other cryptos in schools, markets, communities etc. With Steemjet community as our focus, where we shall document and update vital information about our members, keep records of their progress and challenges, help organize and sponsor Steemjet meet-ups across the globe, resolve conflicts amongst members, drive and sustain meaningful communication and promote love and unity in the community.

Why do we have a database for Steemjet?
We cannot fly our jet at a higher dimension if we do not know how many people are onboard.
We need to know the total no. Of members we have per time.
We need to know how many of the members are male and how many how females.
We need to know how many members are onboard at a particular location.
We need to know when a new airport has been established. (A member coming onboard from a completely new location)
We need to know when a member will celebrate his/her birthday and when another birthday is coming up.
We need to know how many Steemjet members are celebrating birthday in a particular month, so we can plan ahead and throw a steembath party for them.
We need to know other Steemjet members who stay within the same location with us in our country for the purpose of Steemjet meet-ups.
Asides that, the Steemjet database will help us to make statistical analysis and statistical inference about the community and towards the growth of the community.
How to register on the database
Click on the registration link HERE to take you to the site.
Enter your email address and click on next
If you're a new member, click on "Yes" under Newbie, if you're not, click on "No".
Username: Enter your steemit username, you don't have to add "@".
Click on male or female depending on your gender, you can't be both or none. Then enter your current steemit rep.
Location: here, we're interested not just in your country, but in your specific location. Type your location, and then add your country. E.g Lagos, Nigeria. This will really help us to know how members are at a particular location for the purpose of Steemjet meet-ups.
Department: Click on the department you belong, if you don't have a department yet. Just click on others or just leave it blank.
Date of Birth: Here, we're not interested in the year, as many may not wish to disclose it and that's understandable. Just enter your correct birth month and day, you can pick any year you like.
Image: Just upload one good personal picture of yours that we'll use for your profile and birthday celebration.
Click on submit, and you're done. That's all.
We may be different and come from different places, but we now share a common ground which is Steemjet. That's our family, and that's where we belong.
- Maintain and Update Records
We will continue to keep records and update information about the size of our community, based on membership strength as well as information on the activities and progress of the community. We shall keep everyone updated on weekly/monthly basis on the number of newbies onboarding our aircraft. This will help us measure the growth of our community in terms of size.
The Challenges
After the successful creation of Steemjet database, publishing of the spaceforce identity cards and management of the customer care services. We've consistently been giving out steem to members on occasion of their birthday celebration until we ran out of funds. Lack of funds has hindered our continuous steembath of members on their birthdays. Despite being out of funds for a long while now,
We've also had cases of members who made birthday posts for themselves but couldn't meaningful upvotes at the end of the day, likewise posts from newly onboarded members.
