Teuku Muttaqien is a lecturer at Law Faculty Syiah Kuala University teaching in the area of Customary Law since 2008. In 2017 he productively wrote a book entitled “The Improvement of Customary Law and its Reform in Indonesia”. He was born in Mns Mulieng on 05 th September 1979. Over the last years he has been actively involved as a Customary Law researcher, especially in Aceh, thus making him more confident to take part and to contribute in that area.
