Hello community of Steemit, my name is Wendy Hurtado, I was born on November 16, 1975, in the east of the country, surrounded by the beautiful coasts, specifically Cumaná, Venezuela.

I define myself as a sensitive person; cheerful, affectionate, friendly, creative, and enterprising. I characterize myself as someone very simple, but paradoxical at the same time, I like to rub shoulders with people with good thoughts, and totally humorous and positive attitudes motivated or with some potential, which can explore to the maximum I have inspired others to be better.

Among my interests, are reading and writing, passionate about photography, as it captures every moment lived, and can capture nature to the greatest splendor. I like to do sports, I am a supporter of the famous phrase "healthy body, healthy mind" because it helps to maintain the healthy balance of each person, in my spare time I like to travel, go to the beach, dance, listen to music and watch series or documentaries also with the whole enigmatic world.

As for my profession, I dedicate myself to education, I love my career. My day-to-day experience is rewarding by teaching my English classes to both children and adults. Applying techniques and didactic strategies to teach to learn and the formation of values in the student. I like that my class is dynamic, participatory, fun using valuable and flexible tools. I try not to fall into routine and monotony, I believe that a teacher is not only he knows everything that imparts his knowledge as an exhibitor, and the student a sponge that absorbs the contents, but a guide or support to create an optimal environment and harmonic, where they feel comfortable and in confidence and thus develop skills, attitudes and competencies where most of the time they learn from me and I from them, that is, a kind of feedback between all, with this type of strategy is achieved in the students, significant learning.

As a teacher, it is necessary to understand that learning is personal, focused on objectives and that you need continuous and constant feedback. Mainly, the learning must be based on a good relationship between the elements that participate in the process: teacher, student and classmates. The greatest reward I can live, in my work atmosphere, is that I count daily with their love and respect for my students, thus maintaining an excellent relationship.

The goal for what I created is Steemit's account, it starts with the idea of creating a link where I can express my concerns, knowledge, and reflections in an objective / subjective way, in order to capture that interest of mine for life and its meaning with help of the illustrated narratives told by their own protagonists or people close to others. Also giving and receiving learnings in addition to generating money, since my work in my country is poorly paid.
