Thank you for your clear and helpful explanation. It really helped me understand how Hive continued from Steem and why older posts still show their original timestamps. The fact that the chain history stayed intact after the fork makes things much clearer now.
I also explored your old post, and it was a great experience to go back almost 10 years. I checked several other old posts as well, and one thing really surprised me. When I looked at the voters from that time, I noticed that a large percentage of those users are no longer active today.
Based on my observation, it seems like around 90 to 95% of the accounts that were active back then are now inactive or haven’t been active for a very long time. Many of their last activities are years old. It shows how much the ecosystem has changed over time.
At the same time, it also highlights how valuable it is to still see some long-time users like you who have remained part of the journey.
