I'm glad I was exposed to this relatively new exciting platform, which gives me the possibility of expressing myself, sharing experiences and emerged in me the will to write.
I'm not a writer that's for sure, never really wrote anything besides works for school🙂 and I'm for sure not a talker, everyone that knows me will easily verify this fact.
However, once in a while I can start talking about something that excites me and I don't stop for quite some time. Of course, after an episode such as this, I do keep quiet again, for a very long period🙂
I do hope those kinds of episodes will happen now with writing and I'll start writing and sharing some of my experiences, which I was lucky enough to gain over the years and that brings me to my "introduce myself" part...
I'm Aviv (Spring in English and Chuntian in Chinese🙂)
I kind of gave out my main interest with the pictures I put – you guessed it right – it's traveling!!!
I'm from Israel, my name should have given this fact out, for at least some people, I'm not from China🙂 just lived there for a while.
Israelis are well known for the "big trip" we usually do after serving 2-3 years in the army, depends whether you're a man or a woman. We're looking for someplace far and cheap, so we'll be able to travel for a long period of time, if it's also an exciting and interesting place that helps😉
So it just happened to be that more or less half goes to Central/ South America and the other half goes to the Far East.
I always had this "bug" in me for traveling and another "bug" for the Far East – you guessed it right – for China for some reason.
I did my "after the army big trip" – no, it wasn't to China, quite yet, I had to prepare myself first🙂 so I went to Central & South America, came back home to have my degree done and then I left again for over 11 years, in which, I traveled, lived and worked, pretty much everywhere around the world.
Part of it was of course in the Far East and in China!
The second part was working on-board cruise ships, mainly managing the photo departments.
I do like traveling, it's obvious, photography and I also like extreme sports, I managed to try quite a few things, in the water, air and on land.
I found myself lately getting more interest in my small and unique country's history and also managed to travel more in Israel from south to north (it's small so it's easy😉) in the past years.
I'm happy to be here and wish you a great year ahead (it was just recently the New Year, here in Israel).
