Hello my name is Alphina Grass. I have 2 adult children and 4 grandchildren. I have started a journey to find out how to live a simpler life. I will research things like natural medications you can find in your back yard to how to store your food with out electricity. I remember things that my grandmother and my dad taught me that would help in a time of need. I baked my first cake in a wood stove and saw how the family lived on our ranch without electricity or running water. There are many things that I did not have the chance to learn from them. So, I'm off to do research on things that we did not learn from our parents, our grandparents or our great grandparents. As I come across ideas, I will try them and let all of you how my 'tests' turned out.
