Let me start by saying hiiiiii!
I’ve been MIA for a minute, but only from posting on the great Steemit community. I HAVE been working out daily without any breaks or lags 🙌🏻
Today’s workout was UPPER POWER.
I had a goal last week to finish off this “power phase” with ability to do 3 sets of 7 standing shoulder press reps at 35 lb without fail. So I was only able to do SIX for 2 sets, and FOUR on the last one.. weak sauce 🤦🏼♀️
3x7 incline rows
3x5 explosive wide pushups
3x10 low plank side dip
3x5 wide grip pull up
8x30 sec punches & elbows
3x10 low plank “hump” dips 🤷🏼♀️
3x7 incline press
3x7 standing shoulder press
3x10 floor back extension
3x7 concentration curl
3x7 hammer front raises
All done in ~40 mins (including warmup and stretch)
