My name Is Andreas, and I have a passion for blockchain and cryptocurrency! I joined Steemit over a year ago and have only just decided to #introduceyourself.
I have grown up around technology, and all technology has fascinated me in general. I was a hardcore gamer through my teenage years and into my early 20's. I am also a custom PC enthusiast, and this lead me to read tech blogs daily. I first heard of Bitcoin back in 2010 through an article on Gizmodo, but I shrugged it off. As time went on, I kept seeing articles about Bitcoin. Unfortunately, like most people, I never took the plunge into buying Bitcoin.
In mid-2017 I revisited the Crypto scene and got hooked spending all day and night for months researching! I finally decided to find if there were any communities in my neighbourhood and managed to meet some cool people whom I have been friends with ever since. We run telegram communities that have grown strong and tight.
From November and onwards our team on telegram lead to some very successful ICO investments and even gems that had low caps, which are just as good as investing in a successful ICO project in terms of ROI.
Early 2018 the ICO scene started to change and develop. A lot of people learned lessons in regards to investing in 'whitepaper projects'. The community has gotten wiser, and most ICOs fail compared to late 2017.
Steem is an excellent example of a blockchain project that has done it right. MVP are very important including many other factors that I would love to share with you Steemians as I kickstart my blogs on this great platform!
