Today, I decided to write my first post on steemit, after trying to know how things are done here.
My name is Blessing Akpabio, my friends call me Bibby, born the 5th of January, I'm the last child of my parents. I am from Etinan local Government of Akwa-Ibom state, southern Nigeria. I'm a christian.
I'm a graduate of Special Education, university of uyo and currently undergoing my masters degree programme in Special Education (Hearing Impairment) at the University of ibadan Oyo state. Currently researching on the relative effectiveness of games and role play in enhancing flexible thinking skills amongst students with hearing impairment. I'm also a vocalist.
My hobbies are Singing, Reading, seeing movies, Gisting and I love making/meeting new friends
I work with children/persons with disabilities, my dream/mission is bringing out the potentials in those I come I contact with.I offer various services and therapies ranging from Assessment, speech therapy, occupational therapy, Educational therapy, sign language, recreational therapy and soon much more.
I'm simply here to:
Meet new persons and make friends
To improve on my writing skills
To contribute positively to the steemit community.
