I'm a steel frame home detailer from the land down under. Although I work mainly with steel frame homes, my main interest are homes build to minimise utility costs, low maintenance and provide a unique lifestyle.
These designs are becoming more important, especially where I live, due to increasing utility cost, changing climate with unreliable water supply, and of course the ever increasing state who like to get their fingers into your pockets.
