In my 19 years I think I've never loved a movie more than A Walk to Remember. The mixture of emotions that produces that film to you is inexplicable, and more when you identify so much with the thoughts of the protagonist.
This film despite being a love story that has nothing original, but that delves so much in the feelings of the characters that it is impossible not to fall in love with them. It's a book and movie wonder, although it's true that it's very sad. Landon and Jamie make us reflect, teaching us what is really important about love, and showing us that it is above all else, prejudice, resentment, loneliness, sadness, and above all, the passage of time. It is a love that goes beyond death, that can break barriers, and give away forgiveness to the most corrupted souls. A little gem that I recommend to everyone.
For those who have not seen it yet, a little synopsis extracted from the internet and corrected by me;)
"The story begins when Landon, a troubled young man, is forced to fulfill a punishment imposed by its director, this punishment was to participate in a school work and to tutor as young people with learning problems, it is in these activities that Jamie , A good and religious young woman, who is marginalized in her school because of her way of dressing and her way of behaving.
Landon falls in love with Jamie in a school play, in which she sings, he kisses her (not part of the script) and from there they both fall in love, leaving behind the prejudices, when even the father of Jamie who was Pastor of the Church didn't agree at first.
Landon and Jamie live very beautiful moments, together they learn to live the love, Landon changes much and becomes a better person, improves in his studies and makes plans for future ".
