Allow me to introduce myself . . .

Hello steemit! My name is Brittany and I work in the education field in northeastern Pennsylvania. I enjoy rooting around thrift stores and antique shops and finding a new book to read. I almost always owe the library a late-fee - fact.

My favorite thing is to travel. My husband and I have been on many adventures, from Paris to London to Rome. In addition to absorbing the architecture, cuisine and activities, we’re always on the hunt for creepy or quirky places - for example, we visited the Paris Catacombs on our honeymoon (I'll be making travel posts, but Hive account@creepycrazylife will post much better photos). Our ultimate destinations someday include Australia and Japan.

Okay, I lied - my actual favorite thing is our beloved rescued dachshund, Penny. We also have a chinchilla named Dexter.

I love a good horror movie, murder-y podcast or old cemetery. On the flipside, I also love a good afternoon tea, vintage clothing and spending too much money on makeup I didn’t need to buy.
