I've had a few bugs in my time. Loved each one of them. Plenty of character and charm. These days we are spoiled by modern tech and so as you discovered with the splitty there's a price to pay for 'roughing' it in the classics. But then there's a price for literally every choice or decision we make. A price for doing and a price for not doing.
