Hi Hive account@novacadian, thank you for your interest (and for resteeming!!). I think that sustainable developments are in their early years in many industries. But that makes it kind of exciting, as there are no "this-is-how-we-always-do-it" rules yet :). Enjoy being a veggie, it opens up a whole new cuisine of possible products! Personally I follow the vegetarian butcher with interest. They are developing their products so it really tastes like meat (their idea: why does a meat alternative need to look like it's full of vegetables). I like that idea, especially in onboarding more people to become vegetarian. Good luck and enjoy your day! :)
